Prime Time Hitting consists of a detailed 4 month 3x week hitting program revolved around a detailed hitting assessment, Driveline's weighted Axe bat program, custom programming, weighted plyo balls, med ball routines, mobility, PVC routines, the use of Rapsodo, Blast Motion, and various other technologies.

Prime Time Foundations

Foundations is designed for youth athletes 10-14yrs old.  It follows the same five pillars as our high school programs: Individualization, Nutrition, Strength/Mobility, Arm Care & Skill Development. Foundation will also incorporate an hour of hitting instruction as well.

About Prime Time Programs

At Prime Time Programs, it doesn't matter what age, size, position or skill level you are -- our mission is the same:

Provide all athletes with the tools, resources and knowledge they need to maintain long-term health, perform at the highest levels of competition, and develop into the best version of themselves.

​There is no one size fits all when working with athletes. The development process requires individualization, so we design, adjust and customize training programs -- based on YOU. We start by building a relationship with each of our athletes and taking them through our 360º physical and skill assessment. By measuring each athlete's movement patterns, sequencing, mobility and strength -- we're able to engineer training programs that targets each athlete's lowest hanging fruit and work WITH athletes to maximize their development.

​In all Prime Time Programs, our elite staff of instructors provides each athlete with a roadmap for success that is individualized based on their specific goals and needs. Then, it's up to the athlete to own their development and become the best version of themselves. As we like to say:
