Prime Time Hitting consists of three instructors (Nick Swanson, Aaron Wilson, and Griffin Green) who have gone on to help hundreds of players move on to the next level. Prime Time Hitting consists of a detailed 1 week hitting assessment, Driveline's weighted Axe bat program, TRAQ Software, weighted plyo balls, med ball routines, mobility, PVC routines, the use of Rapsodo, Blast Motion, and various other technologies.
This program is 4 months long starting in November and ending the last week of February. Players will be asked to come in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week to work in groups of 3 - 4 focusing on individualized player development.
The 30 - 45 minutes every day will be composed of mobility, medball, and PVC routine. These routines will vary from week to week based on player progression, every athlete is different and develops at various times. The next hour will involve the Driveline weighted bat program with variations of drills from Nick Swanson, Aaron Wilson, and Griffin Green.
