About the Program
Prime Time Hitting (click to expand)
Prime Time Hitting is a four-month offseason development program focused on mechanical flaws, intent, and overall strength development. All offseason we will break down hitters using next level analytics. Individual development plans will attack mechanical flaws while our trainers apply proper technique to game situations.
Hitters will meet 3x a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) for a 2 hour session each day. Trainers will run athletes through a series of mobility warmup drills, mechanical drill work, and overall strength development. Rapsodo and Blast Motion technologies will aid in the direction of individual development.
Phase 1 - Correcting mechanical flaws
Phase 2 - Introducing intent and approach
Phase 3 - Applying proper mechanics into game like situations
