Nick played collegiate baseball at Alma College where he went on to become a hitting and infield instructor over the past 10 years. Nick has gone on to send over 200 athletes to play at the next level including 2 MLB draft picks. Formally, Nick has served as both an assistant coach at Oakland University and head coach at North Farmington HS. Currently, Nick is an assistant at Madonna University while also serving as Director of USA Prime MI. Nick is Driveline certified: Youth Development Coaches, Foundations of Pitching, and Foundations of Hitting.

Adam Bodary

Director of Pitching - Prime Time Velocity

Quick Bio:

Adam pitched collegiately at Denison University before starting his career as a coach and pitching instructor. He's led high-level 15u - 18u summer teams with the Michigan Red Sox, College Connect, and USA Prime MI. In addition, Adam works full-time with youth, high school, college, and professional pitchers.  He works with over 100 pitchers each year maximizing their development on the mound.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for USA Prime MI and is in charge of pitching development for the organization.

Adam is Driveline certified in Pitch Design, Foundations of Hitting, and Foundations of Pitching.

Christian Penn

Quick Bio:

Christian is the definition of a baseball enthusiast. After a 9 year career in the United States Army, Christian has diligently studied the game of baseball and has developed himself into a premier coach that focuses heavily on player development. He currently works with outfielders/hitters at Madonna University while coaching the 2024 USA Prime team and the Detroit Tigers Scout team in the summer months. Christian is certified in Foundations of Hitting by Driveline and offers both private and group lessons to both baseball and softball hitters.

Taylor Grzelakowski

Taylor Grzelakowski

Director of Catching - Prime Time Catching

Taylor Grzelakowski (aka Gelly) was a four-year starter for Madonna University, earning multiple First-Team All-Conference awards as well as four-time Scholar Athlete awards. As a senior, Taylor batted .426 with 12 home runs to earn the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference Player of the Year honors. Taylor was also an All-American and Co-Sida Academic All-American Award winner. 

After graduating from Madonna University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, he signed to play in the United Shore Professional Baseball League (Utica, MI). Taylor was a Utica Unicorn before being signed halfway through the season to the Minnesota Twins organization as a catcher. Even though Taylor was only in the USPBL for half of the season he was still crowned the home run champion of the league in 2017. 

With the Minnesota Twins, Taylor played the remaining month of his first season in the GCL. When returning in 2018, Taylor broke camp with the Fort Myers Miracle, the Twins High-A affiliate. There Taylor was just .03 points shy of the league's batting title with a batting average of .298. Taylor earned Mid-Season and Postseason All-Star honors as well as being named one of the Minnesota Twins Organizational All-Stars as a Designated Hitter. In 2019, Taylor broke camp and played the season with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, the Twins Double-A affiliate. 

After playing four years in the Minor Leagues with the Minnesota Twins, Taylor has many roles in the baseball world. He is now the Manager of the Westside Woolly Mammoths in the USPBL and the Head Baseball Coach of Macomb Community College. Previously, he was the Recruiting Coordinator at Madonna University where he helped recruit high school and junior college baseball players to compete for their program.

Myles Ivory

Myles Ivory graduated from Ypsilanti Lincoln High School where he was a 4 year varsity starter and a .419 career hitter. He went on to play collegiate baseball at the respected Jackson College in Jackson, MI under head coach, Rick Smith. Once Myles completed his degree at Jackson & finished playing his 2 years, he then went on to play & graduate from Harris Stowe State University in Downtown St Louis, MO. When Myles graduated college in 2019 he began his coaching/training career, specializing in hitting & infield and has been successful in the field.

Head Floor Trainer - Prime Time Velocity

Quick Bio:

  • Current Pitching Coach at Wayne State University
  • Former Pitching Coach at St. Clair County Community College
  • Received Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Wayne State University

Eric is a Warren, MI native who played his freshman year of collegiate baseball at Marygrove College in 2017. He then went on to play his sophomore year at St. Clair County Community College in 2019. Eric joined the coaching staff at St. Clair immediately following his sophomore season due to injury serving as a volunteer assistant. He became the Pitching Coach at St. Clair for the 2021 and 2022 seasons as he finished his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science at Wayne State University. Eric became a trainer with Primetime Programs in June 2021 and also served as Head Coach for the USA Prime Michigan 17u Scout Team in the summer of 2022. He then became the Pitching Coach at Wayne State University in August of 2022 and helped lead the Warriors to a program record 42 wins and a 4.08 team ERA (lowest for WSU since 2014).

Max Bain

Floor Trainer - Prime Time Velocity

Max Bain, from Clarkston, Michigan, is a current Minor Leaguer with Chicago Cubs. He signed with the Cubs in January of 2020 after playing four years at Northwood University (MI) and a summer with the Utica Unicorns of the USPBL.

In addition to working with technologies such as Edgertronic, Trackman, Kinatrax, and Hawk-Eye during his time with the Cubs, Max is also certified in Rapsodo Pitch Design and Driveline’s Basics of Pitch Design. This will be Max’s 3rd year working with Prime Time Velocity.

I was born and raised in Three Rivers and was a four sport athlete all the way through my senior year in high school. After high school I attended Glen Oaks Community College in Centreville, Michigan for two years where I earned my Associates Degree in General Studies. I also was part of the baseball team as a pitcher only. 

After graduating from Glen Oaks I attended Cleary University located in Howell, Michigan where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Leadership and later earned my Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership. I was also a part of the baseball team for three years as a pitcher only. Our 2023 ballclub ended up setting records for most wins in program history and most conference wins in program history. Personally, I made ten starts this year compiling a 4-0 record with a 3.11 overall ERA and a conference ERA of 2.73 with a 1.27 WHIP and 33 strikeouts in 46 and 1/3 innings pitched. With the help of my coaches and teammates I was awarded second team all WHAC Conference. I currently reside in Waterford, Michigan and am pursuing a baseball career professionally.

Anthony Sharkas

Anthony Sharkas is a local kid hailing from Plymouth, MI. Out of high school he attended Eastern Michigan University for baseball before transferring to Madona University. Anthony is coming off his second season with the Crusdaers where he was not only top 6 in the nation for batting average but earnerd All American honors as an outfielder/hitter and set the single season record for batting avearge for Madonna University hitting .455 out of the 2 hole. He brings a level of energy and focus that guides those around him. Anthony will be a Floor Trainer for the upcomming PTH offseaosn.
